ELTAI Bilaspur Chapter was launched in 2002. The chapter has the credit of bringing out the first newsletter and creating a blog of its own.
Nowadays the core members of the chapter are organising workshop on various topics of English for the benefit of the teachers and students. Our motto is "Reach the Students rather than Teach the Students."
